A pre-condition for including a supplier in the central database of suppliers to the SPP - distribúcia, a.s. is in the first stage the supplier’s registration in the form of its acceptance of these conditions and the complete and truthful filling out of the registration and prequalification form. The form may be sent directly in the on-line regime.

A supplier which completely and truthfully fills out all mandatory fields of the registration and prequalification form will subsequently be included in the central database of suppliers to the SPP - distribúcia, a.s.. In the framework of this database suppliers will be classified according to the type of goods, services or works which they have an interest in supplying or providing, or as appropriate according to other internally defined differentiating and evaluation criteria, based on the principle of equal treatment of all suppliers. The central database of suppliers is the basis for creating qualification systems for the purposes of procuring goods, services or works according to the applicable Public Procurement Act and it is concurrently an important evaluation element in supplier selection in the framework of some of the procurement methods.

Through inclusion in the central database of suppliers no automatic claim arises to the supplier to conclude a commercially binding contract with a company SPP - distribúcia, a.s., nor any entitlement to provide any performance, nor is there any undertaking by an SPP - distribúcia, a.s. company to accept from the supplier any performance. SPP - distribúcia, a.s., which operates the supplier evaluation system reserves the right to check all registration data and data given in the prequalification forms, in particular, though not exclusively, by performing an audit at the supplier, in the form of a written request to the supplier to provide additional data, documents, decisions of general government bodies, etc, or by comparing the data stated with publicly available data and information or other internal data in accordance with applicable and generally binding legal regulations. A supplier - applicant for qualified supplier status, by sending its registration data, gives its consent to SPP - distribúcia, a.s. to carry out these acts. At the same time SPP - distribúcia, a.s. reserves the right to request from the supplier also other information, in particular concerning the supplier's economic and legal standing, quality management, environmental management and safety management, and this in the form of answering questions or filling out questionnaires in the scope necessary for the purpose of including the supplier in the database. The supplier will be notified forthwith of its successful qualification by e-mail or in writing.

The duration of the registration is limited to the period of one year from the date of the delivery of registration data and the prequalification form. Any change to this sum will be published on this site. Prior to the expiry of the term of the registration duration the qualified supplier will be requested by e-mail or in writing to update its data. Besides this, a supplier included in the central database of suppliers to the SPP - distribúcia, a.s. is obliged to notify SPP - distribúcia, a.s. forthwith and at latest within 7 days, of a change in any data or information requested in the registration of prequalification forms, or if any change occurs in its ability to fulfil the criteria which was a reason for successful qualification.

SPP - distribúcia, a.s. reserves the right to change the supplier evaluation conditions in consequence of a change to generally binding legal regulations or standards regulating quality management systems or supplier management. A change to the conditions will in every case be published on this site and qualified suppliers will concurrently be informed of this by e-mail or in writing.

The term “supplier” where used in any part of these conditions, in registration, the qualification or other forms shall mean a natural person or corporate entity entitled to supply goods, perform work or provide a service irrespective of whether it has or in the past has had a bilateral or multilateral commercial contractual relationship concluded with SPP - distribúcia, a.s. company.
